RangerI enjoyed my 3 nights. I had a great view of a pond and a row of A-frames but the sites on my passenger (viewing) side were not occupied or I would have been billboarded. The sites are very close together but the season is apparently over. Very little traffic even on thanksgiving. The roads are narrow and the trees get close. Th signage could be better but the host left me a text when I arrived and found me while I was waiting outside the office. Very quiet, no road noise or trains or planes. Just a little longer drive off the main highway
LegendThis review is based on a short stay campground (CG). We followed our GPS right to this CG off US-45 just south of Corinth. We were instructed by the very nice owner, Jim, to call when we were 30 minutes out so he could meet us. Jim was right there when we pulled in and we had the choice of two pull throughs or a back-in. We chose back-in site E with FHUs for our two night’s stay. The back-in was easy and the site was fairly level as we had no problems auto-leveling. Water pressure was good at around 45 psi. We had no problems with utilities that were towards the back of the pad as we could back in a good distance. There were no playground, picnic tables nor fire pits. The CG has full timers and seasonal campers, who were very nice. They have a nice bathroom with a shower plus a small laundry with one washer and dryer. The washing is free and drying costs$1. We got two bars on Verizon and a clear shot north for Starlink. This CG is listed under Passport America but looking at reviews on multiple sites, Jim charges everyone the same price around$30. There’s no dog area, but plenty of room to walk your pups. US-45 is near so you get highway noise. After several attempts, we never got connected to the CG’s wifi. Corinth has all your major amenities such as Walmart, Lowes, etc. Borroum's Drug Store and Soda Fountain is a throwback in time and a great place to get lunch. Get there early though, as they fill up fast.We enjoyed our stay in this no frills, laid back, and friendly CG. We would definitely stay here again.

Site was very wooded and we had a great time. Friends met us there with a boat and we spent the whole time out on the water or grilling, so I’m not sure how much there is to do at the campgrounds or in the woods.
GuideThis campsite was renovated after flooding occurred. Nice level sites! Our Super C Class did require more blocks for leveling in the front on Site 6. However, it was a very nice site with plenty of privacy. This site backed up to tall Pine Trees and plenty of grass area for our pups. New grills. Updated picnic tables. Nearby to several local restaurants. If ever in the area, we would return again. Our A&T Cell Phone and T-Mobile Mifi worked great here.

RangerThis is a no frills campground but it's great as a 1-nighter coming to or from the gulf coast. Accepts Passport America discount making the price just right. Sites are perfectly level, utilities all work great. Most sites are pull through and long enough to park without unhooking, even with longer rigs. There is an on-site bathroom but it's just a single bathroom with a shower. Driveway is a bit steep pulling in and out. I did not have a problem with a 36' TT but a low sitting RV with a long rear overhang may have trouble getting in/out without scraping.
GuideMy two kids tent camped while my parents had their pop up! It was a nice site. There were enough trees that my brother in law was able to set up his hammock system. The site was well kept. There were hardly any blood sucking bugs and no wildlife for protect our stuff from. I think part of that is this site had flooded and rebuilt recently. The staff was very friendly and the area near the dam was really neat. The site is also very close to Pickwick State Park.
GuideBeautiful southern Tennessee setting. Bathrooms didn’t appear to have been cleaned while we were there. Checking the facilities every few hours would be a priority on a holiday weekend but evidently it wasn’t.
TravelerBeautiful view on the TN River and the Pickwick Dam. The only negative is the noise and smell of the paper mill on the opposite side of the river. It is also close to the Shiloh National Military Park which is the reason we are here.
