Description
The Unaka Mountains corridor near Curley Maple Gap holds this small pullout along a logging track (FS 132A) at roughly 3,800 feet in the rugged highlands of Cherokee National Forest. The road deteriorates noticeably over the last couple of miles — large rocks and divots make high-clearance advisable — and the spot itself fits no more than two vehicles on a reasonably level surface. Trucks and vans are the practical upper limit; anything larger won't make it comfortably.
