At the foothills of the Smokey Mountains in Newport TN,We have a peaceful and beautiful full time rv community. We offer mailboxes for each site ,making the transition easy for people wanting permanent residency. There is a big creek flowing from the mountains through the park, creating an ambiance of nature. Our park is located 30 minutes Sevierville TN and 45 minutes from Gatlinburg TN, also 1 hour from Asheville NC. There are so many adventures, events, and attractions to see or you could relax and enjoy mountain living. We love our community and take pride in our commitment to provide peaceful, friendly environment. Our sites are clean and large to accommodate bigger RV’s, we allow sheds on most of our sites for our customers extra storage ability. Pre-installed fiber optic internet at each site is a great benefit for those who work from home.
