Quiet enough that the only notable traffic comes from trucks passing in the morning, this BLM dispersed area outside campgrounds near Camas Valley sits where a paved road gives way to hard-packed dirt and gravel. The road surface is fully sealed on the main approach. A reasonably flat area sits immediately at the junction of the two roads, though ruts deepen further in. Two bars of Verizon 4G have been reported, and the night sky is clear enough for stargazing. Trash left by previous visitors is a known issue, so pack-out discipline matters here. Good match for tent campers and smaller rigs comfortable with uneven ground.
