Overview
Green Valley RV Park is a privately owned, full-hookup RV park located at 3324 Valley Pike in Dayton, Ohio, just off Route 4 and minutes from I-75. Open year-round, the park caters to both short-term travelers and full-time RVers, and is situated near Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Wright State University, and the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force.
Facilities
The park offers over 50 level gravel back-in sites plus several pull-through sites, all with full hookups including sewer, water, and 30/50-amp electric. Free high-speed fiber Wi-Fi is included at every site. Sites accommodate rigs up to 45 feet. An on-site dumpster is available for trash. Note: as of early 2026, there are no onsite restrooms, showers, or laundry — guests are directed to a laundromat and propane refill station approximately 0.25 miles away; onsite restrooms, showers, and a laundry/community center facility are planned for 2026. On-site paid trailer/RV storage is available.
Recreation
The park features an off-leash fenced dog park and picnic tables. A playground and green space are accessible within walking distance. Nearby attractions include Eastwood MetroPark, the Momba Mountain Biking Trail, and Eastwood Lake.
