Perfect site

Sawmill Road/481/Quaking Aspen Trail has lots of turnouts, many with fire rings. I passed a couple of occupied sites near the trailhead but was all alone as I drove farther. I picked a spot under ponderosa pines that was flat and open but hidden from the road. It was peaceful and beautiful. The monsoons had been heavy for days but roads were just fine and the campsites all looked well drained. Even had some spotty T-Mobile service!

Not fear mongering

Avoid if you’re not in a group. Google this area prior and maybe make arrangements somewhere else. Very bad experience im not ready to discuss for the next 20 years.
