Overview
CAMP at Newfound Lake is a privately owned, full-hookup RV park located at 792 Mayhew Turnpike in Bridgewater, New Hampshire, nestled in a wooded setting near Newfound Lake. The park operates seasonally (approximately May 1 through mid-October) and caters primarily to RV travelers, with 40 large level pull-through sites, five creekside sites, and two primitive brookside tent sites. It was formerly known as Newfound RV Park and rebranded under new ownership around September 2020.
Facilities
All RV sites are full hookup with water, sewer, and electric service (20/30/50 amp), plus free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. The park features a lodge/pavilion with a pool table, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, and Golden Tee arcade; clean private restrooms and showers; a coin laundry room; and a camp store selling firewood and essentials. A playground, volleyball court, and small dog park are also on site.
Recreation
Newfound Lake — consistently rated among the clearest lakes in the US — is 3–5 minutes away, offering swimming, boating, paddle-boarding, and fishing. The on-property dog walk/nature trail runs alongside Dick Brown Brook. The surrounding Lakes Region provides access to hiking (including White Mountains day trips), kayaking, canoeing, and cycling.
