Toiyabe NF Dispersed near Mount Rose Summit

Description

The Mount Rose corridor in Toiyabe National Forest holds this roadside pullout at roughly 8,100 feet, with open views toward Mount Rose and Slide Mountain. A narrow spur off the highway leads to a level cement pad — the usable footprint is modest, but vans and full-size trucks have parked here without issue. Highway noise carries during the day and fades after dark; cell signal is strong at this elevation.
