Campground is well maintained, and usually busy on the weekends from people escaping vegas heat. Sites can fill up fast. Midweek or early in the week, shouldn't be a problem. There are other campsites in the area that are both traditional and dispersed. If you liked the uncrowded, you can travel over the hill to Lee Canyon area and there are many spots you can disperse camp. This place has a very nice trail south of campground.
