Rates are only available nightly, and the length of stay can be up to 6 months. Reservation may be made up to 6 months in advance by mail, phone, or e-mail.

Conveniently located in North Las Vegas..the park has had recent upgrades..well maintained.. clean, nice bath houses. The older clover leaf sections have larger sites.. perimeter trails are available for dog walking...

Awesome park if you are military..

Very nice and clean park.  The older side arranged in semi circles has larger spaces, but the newer side is really nice.  We ha a pull through with full hookups.  The staff is very friendly, and on arrival we were escorted to our space.  Very nice showers and laundry houses - the showers are individually lockable.  My only complaint was that the electrical pedestal was very low making my surge protector lay on the ground, and the night time security lights are way too bright.  But yes, we would happily stay again.

Loved this Park!  It’s a come-back.

Great price. Friendly folks. Near I-15. Lots of room to walk the dogs, short drive to downtown or the strip.

Must be military to stay 

Our best stop on the trip! (Been on the road for 2 months). From initial contact to make reservations to the checkin process SIX STARS!  The spaces are large, paved and flat.  Water pressure is outstanding. Cell service is a bit weak (which is generally customary on military facilities). The check in is done by phone and a escort will guide you to your spot via golf cart.  The laundry facilities are very reasonable ($0.75 to wash). The closest shoppette is about 3/4 mile away so you only have to go through the security check point once.   A word of caution.  Do not follow your GPS if it takes you from range road  right on Blytheville road. This is wrong and will lead you to a locked logistics gate.  I called the office and they talked me right to the main gate.  If you have never stayed near Vegas, it’s 25 minutes from Hoover Dam ( our first stop tomorrow)

This location is ideal for any type of recreation or entertainment.  The park is clean and well maintained.  The premium spaces provide shade and full hook ups.

This RV park is available to retired and/or active duty…great sites, most are pull thru…dogs loved the dog park instead of leash walks…

Another perk for Vets

Sites are large and perfectly level. Grounds are spotless. Laundry and showers are perfectly maintained. Park is convenient to downtown Vegas and only a few miles from Hoover Dam. 

Super clean and convenient military park 

The only way to this campsite is getting onto Nellis AFB. You have to be active or retired military. This is by far the best, cleanest, nicest, best shade coverage, mostly pull thrus, tons of mature trees for shade, and the safest. You will not need to tie down anything loose around your site for fear of being stolen here. Obviously reasons being on a military base. All spaces are large and trees in between in the circle park areas. Back in along the walls and a good amount of spaces in a parking lot style. Full hookups, playground, dog park, and many many more amenities. A perfect place to stay if you are able to get on base. Sleeping in can be difficult though, after 7am expect to hear planes, helicopters or jets starting to take off.

Pretty much filled up with permanent campers, they do 6 months in campground,  move someplace else for 30 days and right back here.  Clean and well managed, must be Identification card holder to access the campgrounds on the base.  Will stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Desert Eagle RV Park at Nellis Air Force Base and overall, I was pleased with my experience. I would give it a 4 out of 5 stars. The location is excellent, and the facilities are generally well-maintained and clean.

That being said, given that it's a military installation, I expected the park to be even cleaner and more squared away than it was. However, it was still pretty clean and well-maintained overall, with plenty of amenities for RVers.

One of the best things about this RV park is that it's an excellent option for veterans or retired military personnel. If you fall into this category, I would highly recommend staying here. It's one of the best places to stay in the Las Vegas area, especially if you want to be close to Nellis Air Force Base.

Overall, I would definitely consider staying at the Desert Eagle RV Park again if I were in the area. While it wasn't perfect, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the location couldn't be beat.

Excellent famcamp with a very friendly staff.  All sites are FHU with 50/30 amp water and sewer.  Clean bathrooms and showers and inexpensive laundry.

Excellent Military FamCamp

We are loving this place. Everyone has been super friendly. 
We did check our personal weapons at the armory upon arrival, and the process did take about an hour, but it was painless. 
Check-in was very quick. Our camp site (37) is nice. we have some trees at the site that do help with this sweltering heat.. 
Our site is pull through with full hookups. All work well. Easy access. 
The dog park is nice. There are several on the grounds. Also, walking trails. I would caution about the Cacti with your animals. Watch those paws. 
Nellis has a great location. I mean if the daily, all day fly overs are not amazing enough, the beautiful views of the Vegas skyline nearby is also wonderful. You are close enough to everything Vegas if you want to partake, but yet if you dont want to , you can ignore it all together. 
Commissary and base exchange are nice. The base seems to have all you need. Many restraints and box stores right down Craig Road less than a 10 minute drive. 
Highly recommend!  For 30 bucks a night for premium spot. Can't beat it. 

Fly Over Central

Right off vegas blvd but not right off the strip, perfect. Easy to access, price isn't bad at $29/night. No privacy and must be able to enter the base.

Location Location

Nice Campground with multiple options for those on a budget. Premium sites run at only $30 per night. Wagon Wheel sites are around $3 a night without hookups. Premium sites have trees for shade as well as lots of space. There was a ton of noise from the air base with frequent flyovers from Jets starting around 6:00 a.m. and running well into the night. This site does not receive mail so if you need to receive mail or packages you will have to make other accommodations. This site has a nice walking trail as well as designated dog areas.
