Quick Tour

We drove through the campground during the winter to scout it out.  We recorded our visit (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jw7IVCFqYwA) so that we would remember what we found.

There are 7 sites with 50amp electric and water. The electric and water connections are at the back of this gravel parking lot. Behind the parking lot is a firepit and a grill. The RV campground is first-come, first-serve. A donation of $10 per nights is suggested.

Great overnight stay

The park is well maintained with nice bathrooms, water and 50 amp electric hookups, and a couple of fire pits and charcoal grills. Quiet and safe, a couple other campers were there but there was plenty of space even for a late arrival on a Friday. Entrance to the campground is on elk street which is around the block from what google maps said.

Great option for a quick stay

A little hidden gem of a campground tucked off the interstate. Nice play park, swimming pool, ball fields for families. A few sites with water and electric for RVs. More a parking lot with power towers than defined sites. Clean bathrooms with flush toilets. Just follow the blue signs.

Siteparked to the side in the big lot.

Easy Stop Over

Stopped on our way from CO to MI, great little place that usually has no one there. Easy water and electric hookups with different options for 20, 30, and 50. Optional free or donation recommended with TONS of stuff right there! Playground, pool, campfire.

Water and Electric in easy to find City Park.

Room for about 4 RV’s on a grassy area. Covered picnic tables shared by rv’s with a shared fire ring. Clean flush restrooms within walking distance. when I first arrived and saw the ballfields and pool I thought it might be noisy but by 8:30 pm all was quite. Donation suggested. One small gas station but no groceries.
