For the summer of 2026, Montana Dept of Transportation will be conducting major road repairs on MT-24 from Glasgow to Fort Peck and from Fort Peck to MT-200. Please consider an alternate route when traveling to Fort Peck. (HWY 2, HWY 117)

Road construction will begin on HWY 24 between Glasgow and Fort Peck that will last into the late fall 2026. Paving on HWY 200 East will be ongoing. Please check road conditions before traveling to Fort Peck.

Road construction on MT 24 South Flowing Wells and MT 200 east to Jordan and west to Brockway for resurfacing this summer. Please plan accordingly.

Directions

From Glasgow: head south on MT-42 S/State Hwy 24 W and continue onto MT 24 S for 15 miles. Turn right onto Duck Creek Road .2miles. Take a slight left into the Perch Point Recreation Area. From Nashua: Take MT-117 S to Hwy 24. Turn right for .2 miles. Turn left onto Duck Creek road .2 miles. Take a slight left into the Perch Point Recreation area. From MT-200: Take MT-24 N for 59.7 miles. Turn right onto Duck Creek Road .2 miles. Take a slight left into the Perch Point Recreation Area.
