Holland Lake Boating Site is located in [Flathead National Forest](https://thedyrt.com/camping/montana/near/flathead-national-forest), surrounded by forested terrain and a large lake. The area experiences temperatures ranging from 20°F in winter to 80°F in summer. Nearby attractions include Holland Falls and the Bob Marshall Wilderness, offering opportunities for hiking and exploring nature.

This area has a large parking area and a primitive boat ramp located near the Holland Lake Campground. Please be advised this ramp is very shallow and will not accomodate large boats. This site is also near the group camping site, picnic and swimming area, and Holland Lake Nature Trail. Restrooms are available.

The Best Camping Near Condon, Montana

If you have a small boat or are willing to wade out to walk your boat in then this launch will work for you. The water depth can be very low at times, depending on time of year and runoff. The most important information to know, however, is that the lake is very popular with non-motorized users (canoes, SUPs etc.)  This means that it can be challenging to do much more than just slowly cruise around the lake, always watching for small craft.  If you want to open up the throttle to water slow etc., you’re better off at Seeley or Flathead.

Primitive boat launch

We use this area a lot.  The boat launch is definitely not fir larger boats, so there’s not a lot of the chaos associated with type places.  Parking is good, and it’s easy to get the the restrooms.  

Easy for kayak or canoe launch

If you are going to paddle or swim you will love this lake. But if you want to boat or jet ski you will have a challenging time putting in or taking out, as well as lot of competition for surface area with the paddlers and find your self dodging SUPs every 30 seconds. Just be practical and go to Seeley, Placid or any Flathead Lake campground with a boat launch.
