Convenience and great area

Right by everything that you'd need. Food, drinks, shopping, hospital, etc. This isn't for a weekend with the family place to me. It seems geared more for traveling workers, families, and stays for a few weeks. It has everything you need but isn't as visually appealing to most. But that's not why you stay here. Rents on par with most, and electrical rates are fair for monthly rentals. If your a worker and occasionally bring your family with you I'd recommend. The sites aren't very big but there's tons to do around here. Seems safe and no riff raff. You are behind a lowes that's blocked by tree line but you hear the loud speaker.

In the City

This campground caters to the seasonal worker (someone working in KC area for 6-12 months). Bathrooms are clean, laundry room is new and pool is good. Sites are close together but was not a problem. Close to everything because you are in the city. Everyone here is nice and helpful.
