Potters Place Adult Camping Area

SUMMARY PRESENTED BYT-Mobile

Reservations are available at Potters Place Adult Camping Area, a drive-in campground in Lebanon, Maine that operates from May 1 through October 15. The 21-and-older age restriction applies across the entire property, including the parking lot, making it a campground where the crowd skews consistently adult. Gravel interior roads are well maintained, and sites are generally spacious with good separation between neighbors.

Most sites include water and electric hookups, and a free dump station handles waste for those without sewer connections. Restrooms are functional rather than resort-grade, but free hot showers are included. Firewood is also provided at no extra charge. Reviewers consistently note that the grounds are kept clean and that noise levels stay low, which aligns with the adults-only policy. Shannon G. describes it as "a very relaxing place," pointing to walking trails through the woods and around a pond on the property.

WiFi is available on site, and the campground accommodates everything from tent camping to full RV setups with electric and water. Pets are allowed. Nearby, Coles Mine RV Resort and Campground provides another option in the same corridor for campers comparing sites in the area. Those planning a longer stay or returning visit can check campgrounds near Lebanon for additional context on what the region has to offer.

Potters Place suits campers who want hookups, low-key surroundings, and a consistent crowd without younger groups in the mix.
