Cinnamon Creek RV Park

Highway noise from I-20 provides a constant soundtrack at this gravel pull-through RV park in Minden. The property accommodates RVs up to 65 feet with full hookups including electric, water, and sewer connections, plus WiFi access that reviewers describe as spotty but functional.

Sites sit close together on all-gravel surfaces, with many spots occupied by long-term residents. The park operates without gates or on-site security, requiring phone check-in with management. William M. notes "The bath / showers are very nice and large and clean," with reviewers consistently praising the cleanliness of restroom facilities and laundry area. A Mexican restaurant operates next door within walking distance.

Dog owners should prepare for challenging conditions, as the designated pet area consists of ground covered in stickers rather than grass. The property borders the restaurant's parking area through a broken fence section. Cell service receives mixed reports from visitors. For campers needing additional options in the region, campsites near Minden include several alternatives within a few miles.

The park accepts Good Sam discounts and allows pets. Book ahead by phone, as the office keeps irregular hours and same-day availability varies with resident occupancy levels.

Average at best

34 ft fiver, one night passing through.  Not very well maintained.  spots are close together.  all gravel.  right off I-20.  full hookups with average (spotty) internet.  walking distance to food.  we did not unhook.  The bath / showers are very nice and large and clean.  It's good sam, and your options for another close good sam is limited.

Basic parking with full hook ups

On a highway in a very impoverished small town. Road noise constant. Clean. Gravel parking area pull throughs with full hook ups. Mostly filled with residents. Office was closed. No gate, no security. Called number to check in and seemed to ruin older woman's day by calling. "Grass" to walk dogs was solid stickers. Broken fence leading into a Mexican restaurant next door featured many loud drinkers wandering their parking area. Felt unwelcome, not very safe, and won't return. Left at sunrise.
