County-managed Swope Park operates RV sites that function as parking spots with electric and water hookups in Cottonwood Falls. The sites lack shade coverage and appear to accommodate a long-term resident. Payment procedures remain unclear to visitors, with no obvious check-in process or fee collection system established. One camper experienced electrical issues with the breaker box that prevented successful hookup. For additional overnight options, campers can explore campgrounds near Cottonwood Falls. The setup works for travelers needing basic utilities in a pinch, though the informal management style may not suit all camping preferences.

Small town park

This park is adorable. The r v spots are literally just parking spots in the sun with electric and water. There is somebody who clearly lives there. It isn't clear to me how you pay or who you pay. Maybe that person takes payment, but if you needed a place to stay, it would suffice for that.
