Kensington City Park

SUMMARY PRESENTED BYT-Mobile

A small city park campground in Kensington, Kansas, this spot draws travelers passing through north-central Kansas rather than destination campers. Sites are limited in number but can handle larger rigs. One reviewer pulled in with a 25-foot Airstream and an F250 and had no trouble maneuvering. There are no water hookups at the sites, though several water spigots are available on the grounds. At $15 for 30-amp electric, it makes sense for RV travelers who need a straightforward overnight stop. Those wanting more options can explore campsites near Kirwin or consider Camp Kirwin to the southwest.

Nice find.

Saw the sign and pulled in. We are towing a 25ft Airstream behind an F250. Small area with few sites, but no trouble getting in and out. No water hookups, but several water spigots available. $15. for 30amp. We stayed 2 nights.
