Hickory Creek East

Managed by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Hickory Creek East provides camping access along John Redmond Reservoir in Burlington. The campground operates as part of the Corps' recreational facilities system around the lake. Campers can access additional camping at Hickory Creek West, located less than a mile away on the reservoir's opposite shore. The area serves as a base for exploring the broader Coffey County region and offers proximity to campgrounds near Lebo for extended stays.
