Access comes via Forest Service Road 798 (Turkey Trail Road) or through the Cottonwood Picnic Area — both are manageable in a sedan or SUV, though FR 798 has sandy stretches and a low-hanging cottonwood that warrants attention for taller rigs. Some highway noise carries from KS-27, and modest cell service is available.
