Sitting along the shore of Brookville Lake in eastern Indiana, Quakertown State Recreation Area Campground is managed by the Army Corps of Engineers and runs year-round. Full hookups are available, including electric, water, and sewer, making it a functional base for RV campers. Pets are allowed. Fishing and hiking trails are accessible from the area, though at least one reviewer noted that without a boat or bikes, the campground feels somewhat removed from the lake's main activity zones. Cabins — Whitewater Memorial State Park sits just over a mile away for campers weighing nearby alternatives. Reservations are accepted.
