Nice Small Campground

My Wife and I stayed at this campground for 3 nights. Our travel trailer is 22 feet and the site was large enough for our travel trailer and tow vehicle.

Decent Campground Near a Great Crystal Mine

The campground was decent, but my wife and I went to the area to dig for crystals which we found.

Fantastic Campground with Fabulous Staff

My wife and I loved the campground and have never had better service from the parks staff.

Nice lakeside camp site

My wife and I stayed at this campground for 3 days. It was clean and spacious with great views of Kentucky Lake. The only minor complaint was that we drove through the main campground which was being renovated, and it was difficult to find the lakeside camp sites.

Great Campground

My wife, 2 grandkids and our dogs and were at site 22 from 10/10/21- 10/1\/21 camping in a Winnebago Micro Minnie 2108 TB. This was a great campground with fantastic views of the lake.

We also hiked Garden of the Gods and Burden Falls in the Shawnee National Forest. The hikes were great. I am pretty sure we will be back. The only drawback is that we had no cell service, although a quick trip to the ridge behind the campsite (1-2 minute drive)

Very nice campground

My wife our dogs and I camped here from 08/20/21- 08/22/21 camping in a Winnebago Micro Minnie 2108 TB. The campground had a nice playground and we really enjoyed the area.

This was a decent campground

My wife our dogs and were at site 207 from 07/29/21- 08/01/21 camping in a Winnebago Micro Minnie 2108 TB. The campground was ok, but away from activities. If we had a boat or bikes we would have been able to do many other things.

Nice campground, our first time camping with our Travel Trailer

My wife our dogs and were at site 207 from 05/14/21- 05/16/21 camping in a Winnebago Micro Minnie 2108 TB. We had reservations at this campground prior to purchasing our travel trailer so we camped in a primitive, the roads were pretty tight getting the trailer back to our reserved site. The campground was great for camping and hiking.

Hesitate to share our hidden gem

My wife and were at site 15 from 09/02/21- 09/06/21 camping in a Winnebago Micro Minnie 2108 TB. This park is not for large rigs, but we had no trouble fitting into our small camper. This is a great place to camp and hike, although there is no electric hookup we had a generator that we used sparklingly. The only drawbacks were that the vault toilets are in pretty bad condition and the dump station hose did not have a connection to allow me to flush the blackwater holding tank.

Nice large campground

My wife and were at site 20 from 09/10/21 - 09/12/21 camping in a Winnebago Micro Minnie 2108 TB. This site appears to be one of the smaller of the electric campsites, we are new to RV camping and I am still gaining experience in backing our travel trailer into sites. Although one of the smaller sites I had no problem with backing. The site was very clean and all for staff that I interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly.

Not a place to stay for a vacation

My wife and I camped at the Narrow Lake Campground here for 4 nights, but did not like it due to its proximity to a highway. Additionally, the electric sites near the lake (P1-P3) were unlevel. Although we were in a travel trailer the highway noise kept us up.  Our hotspot had great connection which allowed me to work during the day.
