A small Bureau of Land Management campground sits just off the road with a simple loop layout that accommodates RVs and trailers. Pine Bar provides basic amenities including drinking water, toilets, and picnic tables at each site. The campground features a gentle hill that poses no challenge for towing larger rigs.

A stream runs alongside the camping area, and a trail extends into the valley beyond for those wanting to explore on foot. Road noise remains minimal at night despite the roadside location. The site works well as an overnight stop for travelers, offering easy access and departure while maintaining proximity to natural features for campsites near White Bird.

Convenient stopover spot

Small campground right off the road, easy to drive in and make the loop to check out the sites.  Small hill, but no issues towing our travel trailer out the next morning.  There's a pretty stream alongside, plus a trail that seems to go back for a ways into the valley beyond.  Not much road noise at night.  A great spot on our way to Jackson.
