Caribou NF Dispersed near Snake River — Swan Valley

Description

The forested ridge inside the Caribou National Forest's Snake River corridor rises just above the river with partially tree-framed views of the water and the canyon below. The approach track off National Forest Development Road 058 is rutted and silty — high-clearance rigs handle it well, but soft conditions after rain make it a gamble. A fire pit is on-site, cell signal is reliable, and dogs have room to roam the surrounding terrain.
