One of a kind lake front camping. Spend your days laying by the beautiful pool, taking a bike ride inside the 250 acre property, or photographing your self with trophy Large Mouth Bass on the 20 acre private lake, inside this gated and private community is a conservation trust with protected easement which serves as an estuary for all species of birds the best bird watching in all the land is here in the sautee nachoochee valley. currently there are 4 bald eagles who have returned for another season with us. they are worth the stay and alone. next to your fire from your tent watch the sun set over the mountains each night and wake up to the sounds of bald eagles beginning there day of hunt. This place is unlike any other camping experience and we have primitive lake front, water electric, group sites, limited rv sites. (tuesday through thursday is adult only clothing optional camping and swimming.) these sites are limited as my goal is to share this beautiful area with others but to not have campers on top of each other. i hope you enjoy our offering we will do our best to serve you
