Outback RV Resort at Tanglewood is a 40+ age-restricted RV resort operated by Hometown America, located within Tanglewood — a gated 350-acre community just outside Sebring, in central Florida's Highlands County. The park offers 135 back-in RV sites (50×85 ft) and 16 fully furnished park model vacation homes, with full hookups (50-amp electric, water, sewer, cable TV) included. It operates year-round with tiered seasonal pricing.
Facilities
Sites are back-in only, accommodating RVs up to 50 feet. All sites include 50-amp electric, water, and sewer connections. The property features a 28,000 sq ft clubhouse on a 15-acre recreation complex with a fitness center, billiards room, ping pong, laundry facilities, library, and meeting rooms. A dump station, gated entry, and daily trash service are provided.
Recreation
On-site amenities include an oversized swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, fishing lakes, a dog park, and an RV storage area. The 350-acre grounds include scenic walking/biking paths. Two golf courses are adjacent to the property.
