Beautiful Great Oaks canopy this trail side oasis. 350’ of frontage along Withlacoochee State Trail. Bordered by the Withlacoochee State Forest.

Withlacoochee River and Lake Townsen Park are right across Lake Lindsay Rd.

Two camping spots for towable, slide-in, camper van or medium size RV, tent, truck, pop-up.

Two spots have rentals.

One is a clean comfortable 20’ Holiday Rambler. AC/Heat, electric hot water, shower, kitchen, flush toilet, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc sleeps two on sofa bed and there is a fold out cot for third guest

The second rental is a cozy slide in with electric hot water, AC/heat, shower and flush toilet, microwave, refrigerator, sleeps 2 in the bunk and table drops down to give sleeping for two more

both drive in/camp in spots have 20 amp electric and filtered well water for campers to use

there is a porta potty for tent campers and an outdoor sink and bench to clean gear, rinse off, cool off

one week maximum stay(per spot/month)

two day minimum

Clean safe environment with a 24 hour Circle K within short walking distance and a full grocery Dollar General across the street from the Circle K There is a local eatery just up the street and serves pretty good breakfast

The property was once a small commercial freight depot along the Eastern Seaboard Railway Line All that remains of the train depot is the crumbling loading dock support wall and endless amounts of train and railroad track artifacts Bring your metal detector you wont leave empty handed

Huge Great Oaks tower over and canopy the entire property Walk right onto the bike path from the property

Bicycle, kayak, hiking, canoeing, roller blading, fishing, skateboarding

Lots of history in the area and plenty to see and do. If you come just to relax, well got that covered too There are two picnic tables and a gas bbq grill, horseshoes, ball games, frisbees, and more two kayaks for rental use and one row boat with two seats and seating for two more. Fishing gear, hiking gear, tents, sleeping bags and other gear for rent as well.
