The location is excellent, about 10 minutes from Blanca for supplies and some local attractions or 30 minutes from Alamosa for more city comforts like restaurants and bigger stores.

From the property you can see 360 degree mountain views and Mt. Blanca looms beautifully over the valley. You can even see Great Sand Dunes National Park on clear days, which is only about 30 minutes away.

There is excellent hiking and nature all around and you could spend a couple weeks never leaving the immediate area just exploring nature.

There are also amazing hunting opportunities for any hunters looking for a base camp.
