On the crest of a dead-end maintenance track off CR 89, this road-end pullout commands the broad mesa country of Colorado's White River BLM, with wide-open views of surrounding peaks and valleys in every direction. The approach covers roughly ten minutes of Level 2 dirt road from SH-64 — manageable but best suited to compact rigs no larger than a small camper van. The road flattens out just before a steep drop, and that level stretch is where you park.
