Visit our short bus turned-tiny-home nestled under towering pines on 4 acres in the Foothills of the Sierra Nevada. Just 25 minutes outside of Nevada City, the bus features wood floors, an indoor sink, countertops, and a private, outdoor shower with water heater. The space is its own area, with a privacy fence. The bus includes a full-size futon bed as well as an outdoor day-bed with mosquito net for day-lounging or additional sleepspace. Your party can pitch additional tents for a small additional fee, or car/van-camp or park RV next to bus zone, and you can pull right up to park in front of the bus. You will have hot and cold running water, an extra cooler provided, a woodstove for heat when applicable, and indoor composting toilets in seperate structure. WiFi is available but minimal; Streaming will accrue additional fees. This property is completely off-grid, with solar power and backup generator. Come rest and reset between adventures in the shade! We are happy to have you. Host in separate dwelling on-site for support as needed. Children sometimes present in host space (ages 5 and 10).
