The site is accessible by both drive-in and boat-in, and amenities include drinking water, toilets, a dump station, and trash service. Cell service is available. The dump station runs $12 and has a reputation for being well-maintained. Water quality at the lake here runs murkier than at some other spots on the reservoir, worth noting for swimmers. On weekday-adjacent visits, the site tends to draw fewer campers than comparable spots nearby. Campers wanting a different setup can look at South Fork Recreation Site to the east.
