Our large, spacious sites allow up to two tents per site, or one rig and one tent per site. Five cabins, 3 glamping tents and a 2BR/2BA doublewide rental, plus a few dry tent campsites. Property features include:

      • Beach

The soar of an eagle, the rush of a covey of quail, a large otter entering the river, and the visit by the local deer are among the most common experiences encountered in the park.

      Wonderful campground

This campground has full hookups, a. WiFi that is good enough to stream and it’s not a parking lot, good for tents and rv’s

      Lake Siskiyou RV Resort

I have frequented this RV campground several times over many years.  It is sad to see it becoming run down. The once paved interior roads are now barely discernable dirt paths. They also have a fee for locking in your chosen campground site for an additional $35 fee?!?!? Once you have waited for a specific site/s to become available to reserve, under what circumstances would they deem it reasonable to move you to another site without your consent?  I luckily did not (will not) pay the additional fee, and 90% of the campground was vacant the week I was there. That guaranteed reservation fee is just a scam to get more money out of you. The costs of the sites are not cheap to begin with.

      Nice campground

Well maintained and clean park. Actually has grass, not all gravel. Sites level. Nice pool and laundry room. One night stay and arrived late so did self check in...no password for bathrooms were given, so asked a neighbor for a password. One of the restrooms was shut down for repairs. Too pricy.

      Quiet, peaceful

Great little park. Lots of shade and green grass, good management, Clean restrooms and well kept grounds. Close to river and lakes for boating and fishing. There is a great area for tent camping or a place to dry camp with your RV just below the main RV park. There are targets set up for bow hunters in the pines below the park.

Our 35 foot fifth wheel easily navigated the space.

      Large, clean & strict

Large space with tons of camp sites. I took camp spot 28 and had plenty of space behind me and around me. Tons of rules here, but can tell the camp ground is well maintained and nothing unreasonable. Friendly staff, shoutout to Fernanda 🤙🏽

      Trinity Lake KOA Holiday

      Exactly what I needed!

I started my journey up at Shasta lake, but was driven out by bees. I sought several other locations but decided Trinity was a worthwhile shot. I quickly made an online reservation, paid the holding fee, got there 4 hours early because I needed to just land instead of driving aimlessly, and the staff was so accommodating! They allowed me to stay in the parking lot while my site was being prepared, and they even let me in an hour and half earlier than check in! My spot was easy and accessible, close to bathrooms and showers, near the front store which had everything I needed, including coffee, a short walk to the lake, and a view of stars you don’t see very often. I came for solitude, but found comfort in neighbors who have a mutual love and respect for these great outdoors. I even shared a meal with my neighbor! This is an incredible place and very well maintained grounds. Staff are driving around quite literally into the night hours keeping things clean. Thanks Trinity KAO Holiday! I will be seeing you again!

      Needs work.

Very large park. Does not look like any money has been invested in a long time. Lots of amenities but poor condition. 3 star because of full hookups. Worst marked loops ever.

      Super Clean & quiet

We loved our stay. We felt safe and it’s probably one of the most cleanest campground and facilities I’ve ever been to. Clean bathrooms, showers, zero trash around. All around a great visit. Perfect spot if you are traveling with a pet. Highly recommend.

This campground is excellent!! Great amenities and very fun.

The only reason i did not give this a 5 star is the outdated information and no notifications posted of events or schedules.  The don't have a schedule for the theater, it's just random and at the employees discretion from my understanding.  At the splash zone the paperwork was outdated, and had rules for a dock that doesn't exist.  The shower code didn't work.  They advertise a shower near the day use area and there isn't.

      Many different accommodations

General: There are tent sites, partial hookups, and full hookup sites, as well as cabins and cabooses that can accommodate either couples or families. It was pouring when we were there, so we opted to stay in a caboose! There is also a dining car

Site Quality: The camping sites are nestled among the trees; some are pull-throughs and others are back-in (mostly the tent sites). Most of the sites appeared level, but not all of them (beware of Site 34). The pull-throughs in the center are less private (but I believe these are the ones with full hookups). The best sites in my opinion are the ones that back up to Little Castle Creek. Especially after a good rain, you can be lulled to sleep by the sound of the rushing creek!

Bathhouse: Keypad entry so I was not able to see the inside (we stayed in a caboose and therefore did not have entry). There are showers and also a very nice laundry facility.

Activities: There is a pool in season and also a hot tub that was open when we were there. It is covered but it was cold and rainy, so we didn’t try it out. There is a short hike at nearby Hedge Creek Falls and you are close to Mount Shasta.

We stayed here 25 years ago in a caboose with our daughters, and it was nice to see the place has been kept up nicely. We would definitely return and stay in the campground next time (weather permitting).

Great camping for tent or RV

We highly recommend this campground as they have all the amenities…a general store, boat rental, cabin rental, activities for the kiddos, a dog park and pub. Water, toilets and showers are readily available, though a bit in need of a good coat of paint and showers need cleaning/updating .

Great Campground with lots to do

This campground was the favorite of the trip. The tent sites are well spaced, the check-in process was quick and you got to speak to someone to get a map and ask any questions too. The store had everything you could've possibly forgotten, along with soft serve ice cream. The bar/restaurant had live music until 10pm. The lake and marina was a short walk. And the campground was located near the cutest downtown area of Mount Shasta. If you want dinner in town, check out Yak's for the best burger ever! This resort is great for groups, saw a lot of groups that were there for at least a week. Lots of bear activity warnings, but I didn't have any issues. Bathrooms and showers were pretty clean, nice and hot with good water pressure. Would absolutely stay here again!

      Terrible phone interaction

I can't rate on even being able to stay but simply based on a phone call. We had filled out their form on their website to try and book and they never responded back. We tried calling and the gentleman was very rude. He said long sites werent available which I get. But when we asked for a shorter site and a spot to park our car hauler he wouldnt even look. He had the adaucity to say well your a few weeks put Reservations change check back. I get if you dont have anything available but he didn't even look. This guy definitely doesnt want business.

Great quiet place in the woods

We stayed two separate nights here and loved it. Staff was excellent. It was quiet and clean. We had to move during our first stay because we were two close to the brook with our small kiddos. Only downside was dumping. Both spots we had were uphill from our trailer which required a bit more work to drain. Amazing spot and would 100% stay here again.

Pretty campsite marred by rude campers

I wanted to love this place.  Simple, pretty, quiet ( at least at check in) but 1 am, a group of partiers ruined the experience with loud kids, loud adults and loud dogs as if it was 1 pm and not 1 am and shouting at each other as if they were a football field away and not just a few feet.  They camped no where near me and yet I could hear them, clear as day. They were left unchecked and it really ruined the stay.

If you’re into trains like our kids are - this is a hoot!

We were in spot 30 a huge pull thru that was tough to angle into and we’re only 30ft. But once in (went and turned around in the tent area) it was level and easy to use. I’d call it paved / hard pack forest.

Best part was earring in the dining car and exploring the train cars. What a beautiful place. A must stop and stay for any train lover or just for fun. Great location with views of the mountains. A real gem tucked away - no highway noise

      Very nice stay

Nice campground. Clean bathrooms. Well maintained. Some great swimming holes on the river. Only thing to be ready for are the yellow jacket / bees things. Their are tons when it’s time to eat. The little bee traps do help. Overall the bees seem harmless but tough to explain that to a 5 yr old
