Decent site to stay. We stopped and stayed for 1 night to see the redwoods. It's very close and the staff was nice. Amenities and camp ground were good, but with 3 kids not much for them to do at the rv site itself. Rv parking spots were smaller then the previous we have stayed on our road trip.…

You camp in the redwoods, with the large and gentle smith river right next to you. There is a large sand beach by the river, it's very shallow, perfect for kids. showers are by quarters, bathrooms were messy but modern flushing. You get tons of privacy and shade. Bears frequent the area. Reserve…

Great RV resort in Jedediah Smith Redwood State Park. Very clean and nice sized RV and Tent sites.
Great location in heart of Jedediah Smith Redwood State Park with easy access to the Smith River. Very clean and medium spacious RV sites. We stayed in the C loop and had our own picnic table and fire ring. Host was able to get two spots next to each other so our two trailers were together. Price…
I stayed at Abalone Point. The view was breathtaking, but there was garbage scattered around the site and the bathroom (vault toilet) was filthy and had no toilet paper.
gorgeous camp site with giant trees but the showers are coin fed unfortunately. amazing trail where you can see the ocean from. very cool.

The trees here are unbelievable. Even after passing through Yosemite and seeing Giant Sequoias, the redwoods did not disappoint. Typical west coast campground with lots of greenery, sizable campsites, and hot showers. Be sure to walk the short trails that run through the campground to take in the…
There is absolutely no signage and very confusing trying to find our spot. The facility is beautiful with sites tucked into the trees and overall well maintained. There are a ton of long term campers in really prime spots. Overall okay and in a good location. 3 stars for the price and difficulty…
Park is fine, spots are level and fairly easy to get into.. laundromat had a few working machines, grounds kept up..
Originally planned to stay for 4 days but ended up extending the trip a few extra days. Management was extremely helpful, polite, and accommodating. We were lucky to have a beautiful and secluded site. The campground is half a mile away from Jedediah State Park and the Smith River. 15 minutes from…
I loved this place I camp along water showers the works
It was great
We're an ecologist and filmmaker who have lived overseas much of our life, and are still learning how to 'do' the van life, so felt privileged to get a beautiful, spacious walk-in site before dusk, just on the off-chance. The young and friendly staff on duty at the entrance at the time made us feel…
