Love's Truck Stop

This truck stop provides overnight parking for RVs and large vehicles along Interstate 5 in Williams, with exactly three marked RV spots available for one-night stays. The facility operates on a first-come basis and accommodates big rigs, though space fills quickly due to heavy trucker traffic.

The parking area sits adjacent to fuel pumps where semi-trucks regularly refuel throughout the night. Dale C. notes the location is "very clean and neat" with Godfather's Pizza and Arby's restaurants on-site, along with typical truck stop amenities. Despite the commercial setting, several campers report the noise level remains manageable. Clean restrooms and level parking provide basic overnight necessities.

A dump station operates in front of the regular gas pumps for a $10 fee, though potable water is not available. The parking layout includes spots suitable for smaller RVs and vans beyond the designated big rig areas. Staff inside can clarify parking regulations, as signage may initially appear confusing to overnight guests.

Campers seeking more traditional camping experiences can find Colusa-Sacramento River State Recreation Area Campground about eight miles northeast along the Sacramento River.

This truck stop offers basic overnight parking but lacks dedicated RV facilities. Limited spaces and missing amenities like consistent water access make it suitable mainly for quick stopovers.

Just the Basics

A bit confusing at first. One hour parking signs tacked up everywhere except at the parking spaces. Asked inside and they said it was ok. Friendly staff. Not the best food options. Fairly quiet as far as semis fueling at truck pumps. Clean bathrooms. Level lot. It does the job.

Limited RV parking but clean

Very clean and neat location, Godfathers Pizza and Arby’s along with usual Love’s stuff. Exactly 3 marked RV spots, one night only. Busy though, so we will see how loud tonight

Limited space for RV/van parking

I did not stay at this Loves because there were very few parking spaces for big rigs much less spare room for RVs/vans. And it was extremely hot the day I was there. I ended getting a motel six room for $58 so that I could have air-conditioning.

Side parking lot

In front of the regular gas pumps is a dump station. $10 fee. No potable water though 😢. The parking lot to the right has some spots you can easily fit a sprinter in. I personally don’t like to park in the big rig spots because truckers need those when they have to stop. But there are other spots available.
