Overview

DeAnza Springs Resort is a large private resort spanning over 500 acres of high desert at 2,600 feet elevation, located just outside Jacumba Hot Springs in eastern San Diego County, California. The property sits surrounded on three sides by Anza-Borrego Desert State Park and offers year-round accommodations including full-hookup RV sites, open tent camping, motel rooms, and furnished park model rentals. It is well suited for RVers, tent campers, and families seeking desert recreation with resort-level amenities.

Facilities

The resort features 311 full-hookup RV sites (30/50 amp, water, and sewer), unlimited tent sites, and motel/tiny home rental units. A 7,500 sq ft clubhouse houses the Oasis Lounge/Bar and Cactus Flower Café. Additional facilities include two heated pools (one enclosed for year-round use), an outdoor hot tub, a 24-hour fitness center with sauna, laundry room, dog park, and free WiFi in the clubhouse and motel areas.

Recreation

On-site recreation includes tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, a game room with billiards, and a children's playground. The resort also hosts organized activities including water volleyball, karaoke, live music, bingo, and trivia. Dozens of hiking trails originate on the property and connect to the surrounding Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, including trails to the historic Goat Canyon Trestle Bridge.
