Blue Lakes Village RV Park

Overview

Blue Lakes Village RV Park is a small, privately owned RV and tiny home park located at 5178 State Highway 20 in Upper Lake, CA (Lake County), directly across CA-20 from Upper Blue Lake. The park is nestled among trees in the foothills of the Mendocino Mountains and caters to both short-term transient guests and long-term residents.

Facilities

Sites offer full hookups (electricity, water, sewer) with 30/50-amp service; most sites are back-in on a loop road with packed gravel or concrete pads. Amenities include restrooms, hot showers, coin laundry, and free WiFi. The park also features a private beach and dock on Upper Blue Lake, a fully fenced dog park, hammocks, BBQ pits, a camper patio, and a community garden. Retro RV and tiny home units are available for overnight rental.

Recreation

Guests have access to swimming, fishing, and kayaking from the private dock and beach on Upper Blue Lake. No campfires or fireworks are permitted; small propane fire pits and grills are allowed. Volleyball is available in the common area. Speedboats are not permitted on the lake per local ordinance.
