Basic Forestry setup!  Main road is gravel with many dirt road off shoots.  Very private, sites are separated and most have homemade fire rings.  No amenities so pack in and pack out.  I had a few bars with Verizon.

This was a great quiet place to stay the roads in some campsites were a little flooded but besides that I had no problem driving into my site! Lots of trees for hammocking

SUPER CUTE AWAY FROM THE NOISE

Perfect, away from the noise. We have RTT so able to get further of the road. Great spots with fire rings.

Awesome spot with lots of space to spread out. All long the road there are pull offs and you can go quite far in away from road. Was here on 4th of July weekend and still plenty of room. 

Can get far off road

Large trucks speeding down the gravel road kicking up large plumes of dust. Rager in the woods playing music until 1am and then again early in the morning. This used to be a great spot where people were chill and the area was quiet. 

Not the Solitude You’re Looking For

One of the lost gens above Flagg. Very quiet. Super starry nights. You got the Lava and Kendrick right around the corner. Spots are big and wide. Cell service is solid.  The best is that in the hottest part of July/Aug at night here it is 55.

The Ponderosa Pines alone make this place magical. Good Cell. Wide Spaces. 

The site is off of a gravel road with many potholes - take this slowly and carefully if in 2-wheel drive. Good spot to access lava tubes (which we highly recommend doing!). No toilets or water available. It rained overnight during our stay and our site flooded quite significantly so check weather.
