Great spot, just busy and loud. Can get large RV in here just be prepared to go slow, dirt/gravel roads. Only downside is camp spot is red clay so be prepared if you have dogs great views

Packed in but nice spot

This is a review for the Cockscomb designated camping area off Forest Road 525 in Sedona. There are a scattering of dispersed sites of this road. This is the first of the three at the top. These three have the best views. The site was a little bit muddy and pretty packed in with a bunch of fifth wheels and folks with ATVs and off leash dogs. I stopped in and decided not to stay here, but went up to the next one up the road, which was also packed but a bit more private and quiet. Results may vary on any given day. There is a nice hiking trail right off of this campground.

Beautiful sunsets

5-6 other campers here now. Snowed last two days and mostly melted- roads a little muddy but made it with a 26ft motorhome no problem! My second time staying here- love it. E bike to hiking trails or just walk the road

Good site, open area

Open area with space for about 10+ RVs/tents. Was nice and quiet with great views around the area. Could walk the immediate area. Had clean portable outhouses.

Had cell service (Verizon and T-mobile).
