169 BLM Camp

Road access proves straightforward at this dispersed camping area just one mile off Interstate 17. Crystal B. noted the road condition worked well for her small SUV, though some highway noise carries to closer sites. The free BLM site accommodates RVs up to 40 feet and allows both campfires and pets.

Clear night skies make this spot notable for stargazing, while cell service remains available for those needing connectivity. Campers can explore dispersed options around Prescott National Forest for additional boondocking opportunities in the area.

Nice spot easy off 17!

BLM site is only a mile off I-17. Great night sky! Typical dispersed type site. Road was actually pretty decent to drive on for my small SUV. A tiny bit of road noise, but not much (and I didn’t go far in).
