Wolf Lake Shelter Site
Wolf Lake Shelter Site is located near dense forests and surrounded by rugged terrain in Alaska. The area experiences temperatures ranging from 30°F in winter to 60°F in summer. Campers can explore nearby natural attractions such as the Tongass National Forest and Misty Fjords National Monument.

This shelter was built in 1941 by the CCC. It is not routinely maintained by the Forest Service. ACTIVITIES Fire Lookouts/cabins Overnight: Forest Service Shelters are available on a first come first serve basis.
