It's an easy walk to OWA (amusement park, water park, dining, entertainment, shopping) and the ball fields. Less than 1 mile to Publix, Wolf Bay Restaurant, Lambert's, and countless other restaurants and shops. A short drive to the Tanger Outlets, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, go-karts, batting cages, the Railroad Museum, Alligator Alley. You’re 8 miles from the beautiful Gulf beaches, along with the amazing Gulf State Park with miles of bike and hiking paths, the fishing pier, dolphin cruises, and so many other fun things. If you’re up for a short excursion, there’s the Pensacola Naval Museum (Blue Angels!), the USS Alabama and Bellingrath Gardens in Mobile. Foley hosts many seasonal festivals and events, so check the calendar for those. **

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

- Resort is protected by 24-hour Audio and Video Surveillance.

• POOL: Hours are 07:30 till 10 p.m.
• Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
• No glass containers allowed in the pool area.
• Don’t leave personal items; area will be cleared daily.
• Pond is for catch and release.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. until 7 a.m.

TO KEEP THE PARK NICE FOR EVERYONE, HERE ARE SOME OF THE RESORT’S RULES:

• NO parking on grass or patio dining area. Must park all vehicles on main concrete pad. 
• One RV and two personal vehicles (automobile or truck) can be parked or maintained on the site.
• Motorcycles or scooters (Maximum of 2) and 1 golf cart are also allowed as long as all vehicles fit on the main concrete pad. 
• All motorized vehicles must be parked on the main pad of their lot and not on grass or outdoor dining/patio area.
• No Boats, Dollies, Trailers, or Tents are allowed on the site.
• Propane fire pits only. Sorry, no wood fires. :(
• No clothes lines.
• PETS: Your pets are welcome!
• Pets must be on a leash whenever outside. No tethering or fencing.
• 2 pets maximum. Park Covenant restricts breeds “reputed to be aggressive.”
• No pets in club house, bathhouse, or pool area. 
• ** Please clean up after your pets** Keep pets off other sites.
