The Best Camping Near Silas, Alabama

Beautiful open space along the river. The horse flies really seemed to atack the dogs. We had a great relaxing weekend but next time will bring repelant

Small, great getaway

We visited St. Stephens Historical Park in mid Febraury. The other campers there seemed to be monthly tenants. The park appeared to be in need of a little TLC and updating. The campsites are super close together, so don't come here if you want any kind of privacy. There is disc golf and some hiking. There is also a dump station. 

Tight Spots Decent Activites

Had a great time, not crowded at all. The swimming area was alright but the whole place needs to be manicured. Would definitely go back. You will need something for mosquitoes.
