Typical woodsy campground

We stayed here 2 nights with our rpod.  Our site was big enough for our friends with a tent to pitch it next to us.  We had a site on the end of a grouping.  Some sites are way too close together, but others are more spacious.  We were happy with ours.  We brought our inflatable boat with us and had a nice cruise around the lake, even went swimming!

It's all about the lake

The day use area, fishing dock and boating areas are phenomenal! Reserveable day use shelters, lots of picnic tables and BBQs for all. Also lots of open grassy /park areas that are great for games, picnic, etc.

Camp sites are a little close for comfort, but if planning with others and reserve to be neighbors it would work great! 3 small camp loops 2 have hooks ups, 3rd is tent loop, however the 2 spots near host also have hookups on tent loop. Clean and well kept, bathrooms are great and there are showers. Water spigots throughout camp.

T-mobile cell service worked at camp.

All in all a great weekend at the lake (as long as you have good neighbors LOL).

So busy!

We stayed here two weeks and decided never to return because it was far too busy and crowded. Sites are priced high. It’s a really nice park for the lake access. Our neighbors behind us were camping directly next to our RV bedroom. The next site’s campfire was so close we couldn’t escape their smoke if we tried. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not ideal.

Very odd place

The campground is pricey (cheapest sites start at $30) but adequate. Bathrooms newer and clean (but you have to buy tokens for showers). Paying by credit card confusing. Lake access recently built and is something phenomenal. Very wheelchair accessible. Day use fee $10. The lake is surrounded by mansions.
