Directions

From Naches, WA travel west on US Highway 12 for 4.4 miles. Continue straight onto State Route (SR) 410 W for 24.2 miles. Turn north (right) on Little Naches Road / Forest Road 19 and follow for 2.5 miles. The site is on the left side of the road, parallel to the river. From Enumclaw, WA depart SR 164/Griffin Ave toward Wells St. After mile turn left onto SR 410/Roosevelt Ave. Follow SR 410 approximately 76 miles east to the intersection with Little Naches Road/Forest Road 19. Turn north on FR 19 and follow for 2.5 miles.

Underrated Campground

Awesome campsite, good host. Little Naches is just across the road with some beautiful native trout. Spacious site with plenty of room for parking, large tent, fire, hammock, picnic table.

Underwhelming

The description says “flush toilets,” reality says vault toilets (clean though). Description says “potable water”; reality says one hand pump that doesn’t work. The sites are well spaced and surrounded by trees, hills and a gorgeous river nearby. We give it a lower score because of the noisy, rude, obnoxious OHV enthusiasts running their motorcycles and buggies until after sundown, but that pales in comparison to the knucklehead firing off magazine after magazine from his AR every night. Fie! We won’t be back.

Pretty good

There were bathrooms and the sites were relatively private. It also wasn’t a far walk to the river which was nice. Overall I enjoyed my time.
