I found this looking for the BLM land by Fishtrap lake. It might even be called that not Hog lake campground, but it was a little hard to find. You can't camp at the fishtrap lake trail head. But this is in Google maps as well as the BLM guidebook. The campspots are very well spaced out for privacy. The only downside are the train whistles.
