Your family will have a terrific time making memories in this "rustic-chic" modern cabin. Built as a showcase design model by the master crafters at Method Homes, this two level, two bedroom, 1 3/4-bath vacation home features a spacious open and airy floor plan kitchen, dining, and living area with higher-end appliances, (including a dishwasher and an espresso maker) a breakfast bar plus a dining table, and a very comfortable living space with a large screen DVD/monitor, a freestanding gas fireplace, and French doors that provide access to a nice outdoor balcony complete with ample seating for six, plus an outdoor gas grill.

Across the hallway from the main living area is an additional family room with it's own DVD/monitor, and a sliding door for privacy - perfect for some separation between the adults and the kids! There's also a separate mud room close to the main entrance featuring a stack washer/dryer and plenty of gear storage, and a 3/4 bath with a large walk-in shower. Just down the hallway, you'll step up to the next level to discover one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and another bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, flanked by one full bath. Just outside, you'll discover a private outdoor HOT TUB! This exemplary monitored family vacation home will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground!

SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf.

WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera…the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guest seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
