Under pride of new ownership, this newly restyled 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath family vacation cabin features a covered front porch for sipping your favorite beverage, as well as a brand new rear deck…complete with a brand new BBQ. Inside, the first floor living area features new furnishings, a new heat and air conditioning(!) system, a freestanding gas fireplace, and a new flat screen Blue-Ray/monitor. The combination kitchen and dining area features newer appliances, (including a dishwasher) a breakfast bar and separate dinette, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. Also featured is one bedroom with a brand new King sized bed, and one full bath. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a loft sitting area with a work station, one bedroom with a brand new king sized bed, and another full bath. Everything is fresh with new paint throughout! This monitored and WiFi equipped family vacation cabin is perfect for singles, couples, and small families alike, and will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera…the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guest seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
