The Southern Mountain camping area is located near varied terrain with rocky formations and sparse vegetation. Temperatures can range from highs of 90°F in summer to lows of 30°F in winter. Nearby, visitors can explore Zion National Park and Sand Hollow State Park, offering hiking and water activities.

This is an amazingly developed property that has gone neglected for far too many years. We acquired the land and are cleaning up the leftovers from the previous people who didn’t appreciate what was there. We are looking for people who want to work to improve upon the property by trail building, debris cleanup, building in ground sand homes and people who want to learn how to live off grid.
