Gooseberry I-70 Trailhead Dispersed — Fishlake NF

Description

Salina Creek runs through the pinyon-juniper foothills of Fishlake National Forest at this USFS dispersed camping area, positioned at the base of the Paiute ATV and Great Western Trail corridor just off I-70 Exit 63. A roundabout loop accommodates large rigs and trailers with ease, and shaded sites with picnic tables and fire rings are spread around the circle. Highway noise carries into camp — this is a practical overnight stop, not a backcountry escape.
