Fishlake NF Dispersed off FR 0281 / Gooseberry Road

Open BLM terrain in the lower reaches of Fishlake National Forest above the Salina Creek drainage sits just off the FR 0281 corridor — close enough to I-70 to be an easy stop, yet far enough into the terrain that highway noise disappears entirely. A smooth, 2WD-accessible forest road leads in, and an established fire ring anchors the main camping area, with room enough for large rigs or a group of several vehicles. The surrounding range is open country shared with free-roaming cattle, and strong cell signal carries across the whole corridor.
